At Imperial Coaches we believe in providing the very best in customer satisfaction. The college was logistically one of the worst schools to manage in the south prior to the reprocurement of the south contracts with the start and finish times being 0820 and 0900 and 1500 and 1540 so two sets of vehicles were required. The previous operators were varied and the complaints were numerous.
Sue said its the first time in her sixteen years at the school that the transport has been effective and reliable.
The procurement exercise from Jan 2010 awarded operator Imperial coaches the contracts for Chalfonts cc and are using new 106 seater double deckers. routes were merged to provide a more effective and reliable service which seems to have paid off.
During the bad weather Imperial have changed the pickup times from early morning to allow the school to open at 1030 for the years 7,8 & 9 instead of 820 and yrs 10+ operated as per schedule which reduced the number of days lost for the school due to not having to close as much as other schools we also received zero complaints about the services provided.

the teachers have appreciated the slick operation that you have provided. Thank you also for accommodating the numerous
short notice changes that I have sent over the past three weeks.
Please pass on the school's thanks to your team of drivers for the professionalism, courtesy and patience they showed in moving staff and students safely to the various venues.
Next year we have two "Curriculum Fortnights", one in November 2009 and the second in May / June 2010. I will forward the exact dates once the school calendar is published.

I just wanted to say a very BIG thank you to you and all of your staff from everyone at Villiers High School for the fantastic job you have done with the coaches for our Activities Week this year. You have, as even, been completely dependable and we could not have pulled the last three days off successfully without the hard work and commitment that you and your team have shown. It really is an absolute pleasure to work with you on this.
So, to book you in early, our dates for Activities Week next year are Wednesday 21st - Friday 23rd July 2010!
